So, as I sit here in North Texas visiting my amazing family for Thanksgiving I keep looking forward to Christmas and then New Years. Already thinking of what will be on my New Years Resolutions list...

2011 RAWards Makeup Artist of the Year Winner!!!!!

I did it! Thursday, November 17, 2011 I was announced as the RAW Artists Makeup Artist of the Year for Texas!

I am so excited! I cant even tell you! There were a lot of people involved in my journey. I have an amazing creative team here in Austin and I appreciate every opportunity I have gotten and the amazing talent I have been blessed enough to be able to work with. Makeup Artist of the Year Nominations

I have been nominated for Makeup Artist of the Year through the RAW Artists Organization!!! 

I'm super excited! 5 makeup artists from Austin have been nominated and on Thursday, November 17th I will be showcasing 3 looks for the title and I really need your support! At the Showcase there will be a live vote to determine the winner. Please come vote for me!!!!!

All of our artists who have participated throughout the RAW season (February-October 2011) are eligible to compete for the title of best in their craft (Art, Fashion, Accessories, Music, Film, Photography, Performing Art, Hair & Makeup). Each artist is given the opportunity to compete for career-building prizes such as gallery placement, boutique placement, big consultations and RAW's Golden Ticket. Because we can't pick our favorites (RAW loves all of our artists), we leave this in the hands of the nation, your community and our trusty professional panel of judges.
